Distinguishing Marks: He had the Dark Mark, but it's almost invisible now. The only time one could see it is if he got a tan (not that Draco would do something so middle class).
Very faint marks on his chest thanks to Potter, but only Severus would be able to find them because he has taken care of them. Again, his pale skin helps him.
Dress Style: (remember that most wizards would wear robes, and that there is a war going on which might effect supplies) The most expensive robes he can find, and if there aren't any in England, he will Apparate to France and Italy. He wears Muggle clothes if he must, but they must come from Armani's latest collection.

First Impression (others have of you): Snob, arrogant and self-centred (just like he is)
General Behaviour: Draco is a pure-blood and a Slytherin, but above all he's a Malfoy, and he's not above using the Black name lately. He truly is snob, arrogant and self-centred. With age, he's learnt to cover it up with manners, but only if he thinks the other person is worth it (very few) or he/she might get him something.

He does what he wants when he wants and anyone that stands in the way is an enemy. However his enemies can easily turn into allies if it's to Draco's benefit. In the end, enemy or ally it matters little because Draco has no moral. He's not immoral, but completely amoral.
Strengths: He's smart, willing to study and ambitious.
Weaknesses: He can't imagine that anyone could be better, even when he has proof to the contrary. His family.
Habits: He keeps flipping his hair out of the face.
Enjoys: Anything that makes him feel good from a good bottle of wine to great sex.
Dislikes: Anything that interferes with his enjoyment of life, and that list is growing longer and longer. He would happily kill his aunt for the war (unless she wins, in which case he'll be her best supporter).

Draco comes from two aristocratic families and has grown up with a sense of entitlement. He loves his parents and knows that his parents love him. However, after what he had to do in sixth year, he doesn't view his father as a god anymore. He hopes that he can help his family pull through this war, but if it came down to make a choice, he will not make the same mistake twice and he will choose his life over his parents'.
Pets: Eagle owl, which he won't name since it's not a pet but a necessity.

Current Occupation: He manages the Malfoy fortune, both in the wizarding and the Muggle world. Their Muggle investments have become more important due to the economic depression in the wizarding world.
Other Occupations (side incomes, volunteer work, illegal activities): He has a store (managed by others) where he sells the legal potions. The store is also a front for laundering and illegal potions.
Monetary Situation: He got his money and mansion back from the mansion. Fortunately the Malfoy fortune was spread across Europe and they were not as effected by Gringott's attack.

Other: After escaping from Hogwarts, Draco became close to Snape. Eventually Snape trusted him enough to tell him his true mission: the destruction of the Death Eaters, and the plan he and Dumbledore had. Snape encouraged Draco to go to Minerva and that's how Draco started his life as a spy.

However he refused to help until, McGonagall agreed that he would have his money and the manor returned when Voldemort died. He still doesn't know what deals McGonagall had to make to arrange all that, and he doesn't care.

When Voldemort died, Snape decided that they will be more useful if they follow Bellatrix. They convince her that it's important that Draco be the repentant victim, allowing him to give them information about the Order.

He explained to McGonagall their plan (whether she knows that Severus is involved is contingent on Snape's Muggle), and she is aware that he still acts as a Death Eater.
